About this tour

Take a day tour to the Moroccan city of Essaouira “was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Morocco in 2001” from Marrakech and visit the Medina, the seashore, and a Berber women argan oil cooperative.
Leave Marrakech at 8 o’clock in the morning for a 3 hours trip to the lovely Atlantic Coast town of Essaouira. After making couple stops on the way, for rest and to see the goats on the tree, You will arrive to the ancient Portugal city, where you will have some time to explore the lovely views of Essaouira.
Treat yourself with a fresh seafood meal, and take some time to relax on the beach.

Essaouira Day Trip

Tour Itinerary:After breakfast, we will start our day tour from Marrakech around 8:00am to Essaouira. We will explore the beautiful seaside of Essaouira town; visit the traditional port, breathtaking beach, and the magnificent medina and see the skilled wood carvers. Essaouira day tour offers you the opportunity to scroll along the historic ramparts and step back in time is. Essaouira formerly known as Mogador is Located 180 km from Marrakech. It was fortified by French architecture a pupil of Sébastien le Prestre de Vauban. These influences and many others gave a result very unique and attractive. Today, the city is gradually becoming a city of artist. Essaouira has a very favorable microclimate which gives it a mild winter and fresh summer. Also mentioned should be a beautiful beach, protected by the Iles Purpuraires, a set of small islands, named from the purple dye that was harvested from the murex mollusk that thrives in the oceans that surround the inlands. Artisans of Essaouira are known for marquetry on the root of cedar and offer a wide range of objects from memory to the small pieces of furniture, works of art. In the afternoon return to Marrakech, drop you off in your accommodation and end of our services.
